Desarrollar las actividades encomendadas por su Líder a fin de cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.

Mantener comunicación con los grupos estudiantiles y las dependencias administrativas de la Universidad del Magdalena con el fin de participar activamente y representar a la ASOCEM en las diferentes actividades académicas y socioculturales a las que sea invitada.

Organizar, gestionar y coordinar actividades que permitan la proyección social del programa de Medicina de la universidad del Magdalena, fortaleciendo los lapsos de la universidad y la sociedad.

Fortalecer a través de actividades de extensión la responsabilidad social que caracteriza a los estudiantes del Programa de Medicina de la Universidad del Magdalena.

Orientar actividades de Promoción de la Salud y Prevención de la Enfermedad que permitan a los estudiantes del Programa de Medicina contribuir al desarrollo integral de la ciudad, el departamento, la región y el país.

Asumir las funciones del Comité Permanente de Salud Pública y Proyectos de Salud (CPAIS-SCOPH) ante la ASCEMCOL.
